BRADENTON, Fla. (July 11, 2017) — The Rowdies U23’s and IMG Academy were set to compete in the final week of PDL action but were rained out on Tuesday night.
Both sides got in a strong ten minutes of play before the referees blew the game dead.
From there the rain only worsened and thus both squads were sent back home.
There is no word yet on a potential make up date, but we will keep everyone updated on Twitter in the coming days.
Moving forward, the U23’s are going to prepare for their rescheduled home match against the Lakeland Tropics on Thursday which will, hopefully, be played under drier conditions.
